Cancellations must be in writing and can be faxed to: (765) 342-2065, or emailed to events@ACAcamps.org. Phone cancellations are not accepted. The cancellation deadline is 1/4/2016. Cancellations received by 1/4/2016 will be eligible for a refund, minus $25. Cancellations received after 1/4/16 will not be refunded. If ACA cancels the event, the registration fee paid will be fully refunded.
